This Style 4 Weissenborn is THE STYLE 4 pictured in the well known article about Weissenborns 'Born Again' written by the great historian Ben Elder, published in Acoustic Guitar Magazin Feb 1996. Very good condition, original Hermann Weissenborn Style 4 from 1935. Remarkable sound - amazing gnarly tone, a ton of low end and also beautiful mids and highs which are typical for the Weissenborn sound. Perfect.

There are no cracks or splits, the construction is absolutely solid. Of course the 90 year old instrument does show signs of use and has finish checkings. No further words needed here - this Style 4 Weissenborn is fantastic!!
